When it comes to HGTV kitchens, this one is a real winner. Known for their colorful ranges, Dave and Jenny Marrs' 60-inch, bluish-gray Italian one is no surprise here. It's the focal point of Season 3 Rock the Block kitchen. Even better: the hood vent is recessed, allowing the handmade backsplash tiles to shine. Dave and Jenny nixed the awkward corner cabinet, opting instead for functional (and attractive) light gray cabinets. Silestone countertops add durability to the high-traffic family-friendly kitchen.

In true English Country fashion, Jenny incorporated touches of brass and gold to sparkle in the sunny kitchen of their Welcome Inn in Rogers, Arkansas. Framed art and glassware displayed on open shelving between two big windows adds charming character.

Good Bones host Mina Starsiak made a big move in her clients' kitchen with green paint. Moody deep emerald on the cabinets is balanced by refreshing seafoam on the walls. A window bench spanning the length of the wall doubles as seating and storage.

To create more storage in her clients' smaller kitchen, Mina Starsiak placed an industrial corner shelf on top of the counters to display everyday items. Earthy-green cabinets and an eclectic island with mismatched stools give the space lived-in personality.

To make this cozy kitchen on Help! I Wrecked My House feel more spacious, Jasmine Roth used a breezy color palette, then layered in moody touches. Bright white cabinets with bronze hardware are balanced out by mossy-green tile and leather barstools. Reeded white oak paneling on the range hood draws the eye up and ties into the peninsula.

Of course, Jasmine needed a cozy cook space for her California cabin. The counters are quartzite, which is denser and more durable than marble, so she and Brett can really throw down while cooking and without worrying about staining. Natural hickory cabinets complement the living room ceiling.

For their winning Rock the Block Season 3 house, Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson went big in the kitchen. A massive range hood extends to the ceiling and has a charming shape. Whitewashed cobblestone backsplash is a nod to the weathered streets of historic Charleston, South Carolina, where the home is located. They let it shine with simple wood open shelves and creamy cabinetry.

When it came time to renovate the kitchen in her North Carolina home, Love It or List It host Hilary Farr knew exactly what she wanted. Inspired by an all-marble kitchen Paris Airbnb, she used veiny Silestone on the hood, backsplash and counters. “It’s never left my head,” Hilary told HGTV Magazine. Inky blue cabinets ground the airy space.

With the help of his trusty designer and Farmhouse Fixer co-star Kristina Crestin, Jon Knight transformed his family's old farmhouse kitchen into a vintage-inspired space with modern amenities. Beadboard cabinets, soapstone countertops and distressed wood beams maintain the home's history. A European-style range provides modern ease with an old-school look.

Sunlight spills into this airy space through a ceiling of arched windows and bounces off bronze sink hardware and cool-toned vintage accessories. Swathed in stunning Calacatta Turquoise Antico marble, the kitchen is where you'll likely find Jeremiah Brent (The Nate and Jeremiah Home Project) basking in the ceremony of cooking. “The smells that come from this room ... because of [Jeremiah], are incredible,” says Jer's husband and co-host Nate Berkus.

To honor her clients' heritage and passion for Indian cooking, Revealed host Veronica Valencia crafted a built-in spice rack that flanks the range. The shelves create easy access while cooking and are a way to display the rich color of the spices. A brass hood that expands over the range and rack adds pizazz.

Veronica replaced the original small-scale, black-and-white checkered floors in this kitchen with larger limestone tiles to bring in timeless character. Creamy cabinets are balanced by a walnut-stained wood island. Countertops in Calacatta rochelle marble are “beautiful but also functional, as they really embrace the history of this home,” Veronica says. Veronica also created a special heirloom project for this homeowner: two custom cookbooks brimming with family recipes, stories and history.

“We’ve never done a kitchen this dark before,” Christina Hall said of her Christina in the Country kitchen design. “It definitely couldn’t work in every house, but [here] you’re surrounded by nature, which makes it warm and inviting even though it’s so moody.”

Christina put thought into every nook and cranny of this kitchen for her Christina on the Coast client. Wood trim around the hood and on the side of the island adds subtle rustic flair while brass hardware and textural tile are coastal modern. An arched doorway brings visual interest by perfectly framing cabinets in the pantry.

Sister duo and hosts of Unsellable Houses, Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis, gave their coastal Rock the Block house in Charleston, South Carolina, a moody twist with dark blue floor-to-ceiling cabinets and island. Rattan stools and greenery sprinkled throughout the space add in beachy flair. In Southern style, they designed a sweet tea station to the left of the fridge.

Drew and Jonathan Scott decided to go for several "wow" moments in their Forever Home clients' kitchen. They designed a six-seater, massive island for large family gatherings and hung a trellis from the ceiling above for unique impact. A bronze hood adds a touch of edgy luxury.

With the help of the Property Bros, actress Emma Roberts chose one of her lifelong family friends to surprise with a kitchen makeover on Celebrity IOU. Saturated green cabinets are a constant conversation starter and rounded-back counter stools offer the perfect perch for guests. Emma and the design team disguised essentials with panels on the fridge and pocket doors that conceal a coffee station when not in use.

Michel Smith Boyd and Anthony Elle brought some of their classic Luxe for Less tricks to their winning Rock the Block Season 4 house. In the kitchen, they saved big bucks by opting for porcelain countertops with warm veining instead of marble. The two tier island means there's plenty of space to prep, serve and dine.

For their Southern staycation home on the outskirts of Laurel, Mississippi, Home Town's Erin and Ben Napier opted for an English countryside style. Custom coffered beams and buttercream v-groove paneling have storybook style. Black leather granite countertops have the same look as soapstone for a fraction of the price.

Ben and Erin leaned into their clients' love of history by decking out their kitchen with antique furniture and rich colors. Deep green uppers pair nicely with the home's original wood cabinets. A vintage framed piece of art hung on top of the range hood highlights the cabinets' height.

Alison Victoria fufilled her dreams when transforming a massive commercial warehouse into her dream home on the latest season of Windy City Rehab. Marble countertops with a built-in marble sink have warm, worn veining reminiscent of the floors in historic chateaus. A 60-inch wide double range is flanked by twin freezer and fridge columns and capped with an impressive brushed brass hood.

Mike Holmes of Holmes and Holmes and Alison paired up to create one awesome house for Season 2 of Rock the Block. The show stopping moment in their kitchen? A brick arch and accent wall over the range. Inset cabinets add character and extra storage.

Mika and Brian Kleinschmidt knew what they were doing when they designed the kitchen in their winning Rock the Block house from Season 2. Floor-to-ceiling cabinets surround a large island with two dishwashers, which means there's plenty of storage for a family, plus more. French doors leading to a hidden pantry are hidden behind matching cabinet fronts.

Down Home Fab hosts Chelsea and Cole DeBoer added drama to this open-concept kitchen with jet black glossy cabinets and a metal wrapped island. The custom copper wrap was given a distressed texture that will patina over time.

Fix My Flip host Page Turner gave the bonus kitchen in her Rock the Block house a playful twist by using swings for barstools at the island. Grayish green cabinets and moody black countertops have a luxurious feel that make the space fun, yet elevated.

When one just isn’t enough, double up on your essentials and your luxuries. Page and Mitch Glew brought in two matching islands for their high-end main kitchen in Rock the Block Season 3. The choice instantly adds tons of function to the heart of the home by giving homeowners a separate prep and dining space. Each island is clad in waterfall Calacatta marble for uber opulence.

Another double island moment — with a twist. When designing their Season 4 Rock the Block kitchen, Renovation Island hosts Sarah and Bryan Baeumler thought what's better than one island? Two! Outfitted with a sink, the one closest to the range is meant for cooking and prep work, while the one with a marble waterfall countertop is made for dining. A limestone hood and wall feature is a nod to the home's Rocky Mountain locale.

Despite the pressure of renovating her best friend's home, No Demo Reno host Jenn Todryk pulled through with a vintage-inspired kitchen. She used brushed bronze fixtures that add a sense of history and reeded glass to show off dishes while still obscuring the ones that might not be so pretty. To keep the counters clear, she cleverly designed glass front bins at the end of the island to store fruits and vegetables.

Bargain Block hosts Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas used their signature artistic touch in their Rock the Block kitchen. Warm wood floors, a one-of-a-kind table and a pot filler made out of a salvaged theater mask combine to create an eclectic wonderland.
